SHIPPING POLICY

All orders for delivery within Australia are delivered complimentary using Australia Post Express Post with signature on delivery.

For international orders, we currently ship via Australia Post International Express with signature on delivery to the following countries and the following flat rate fees apply:

New Zealand	$20AUD
Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea	$30AUD
USA & Canada	$35AUD
United Kingdom	$40AUD

Shipping Process - Australian Orders

Once your order is complete, we carefully wrap your jewellery and dispatch it via Australia Post Express Post with signature on delivery. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 12noon AEST, Monday to Friday on the same day. You will also receive an email containing a tracking number, so you can monitor your jewellery’s journey. 

We do not ship on weekends, Victorian or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following business day.

Please note: Due to COVID-19 Australia Post cannot guarantee next day delivery for Express Post parcels but they will still receive the highest priority for delivery.

For custom designs, including engraved pieces and select items made in Brave Edith's Melbourne studio, allow seven business days for production prior to despatch (unless otherwise specified).  For any items purchased on pre-order, the item will ship on the date specified on the product page.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered to the United Kingdom now include VAT. The recipient may still be liable for customs duties (usually approximately 2.5% of the sale price plus shipping).

Please note that all other international orders are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. As such, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees or levies that may be payable in order to release the goods upon arrival in the destination country.

As local legislation varies from country to country, international customers are required to check these details before placing any orders. Also please note that some countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia.
